These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at treelandscapinguk.co.uk and any services provided by Tree and Landscape Specialist Ltd, registered at Kate's Cabin Farm, Great North Road, Peterborough PE7 3UD ("we", "us", "our").

2. Services

We provide landscaping, tree surgery, patio installation, decking, hardscaping, turfing, and related garden services across Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire. All services are subject to a separate written or verbal agreement and quotation.

3. Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on information provided at the time; any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised quotation. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a quotation at any time before acceptance.

4. Acceptance of Work

A contract is formed when you accept our quotation in writing (including by email) or verbally confirm the work. We will confirm a start date and any deposit requirements at that point.

5. Payment

Payment terms are as agreed in the quotation. Unless otherwise stated:

• A deposit may be required before work commences.
• The balance is due on completion of the work.
• We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or card.
• Late payment may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or postpone agreed work, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a charge to cover costs already incurred. Any deposit paid may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered.

7. Our Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. We will take all reasonable care when carrying out work on your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, underground services not disclosed to us, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the site and any known hazards (e.g. underground pipes, cables).
• Ensure reasonable access to the work area.
• Obtain any necessary permissions or planning consents before work begins.
• Ensure children and pets are kept away from the work area during operations.

9. Website Use
